All gifts for Tuition Scholarships are used for students of families from historically underserved communities. 

Crystal’s 3000 Club

A GYO Scholarship in 2024 = $3,000.00 and provides:

Beginning to intermediate students:

a. A Violin, Viola, Cello of Student Quality or a keyboard or access to well-tuned piano

b. Music Books and Sheet Music

c. GYO Book bag for music, equipment, and supplies

d. Uniforms:

i. GYO Performance Polo Shirt

ii. GYO Summer Camp T-Shirt

iii. GYO Regular Uniform Polo Shirt

e. 44 age and skill level appropriate weekly lessons ranging from 20-45 minutes and 10+ special rehearsals per year. 

f. Individual and Group Class with Teacher and Tutors.

g. Healthy snacks and/or healthy hot meals after each weekly class and special rehearsals. 

h. Five field trips for various educational, classical music, opera, ballet, symphonic and jazz performances, and four seasonal field trips for good work and good grades (movies, ice cream parlor, skating, bowling, etc.).

i. Free Summer Music Camp opportunities.

j. December award banquet.

k. Opportunities to perform in front of live audiences at the Spring Recital, the Annual Concert, senior citizen homes, and agency functions.
