In the wake of the eclipse, Spring has finally sprung and shed light on some wonderful surprises at the Gifford Youth Orchestra. Our summer student performance calendar is filling up quickly throughout Indian River County. In addition, the GYO summer music camp planning and fall recruitment are well underway. We anticipate record-breaking numbers this year as the news spreads about our latest program expansions for the fall 2024 launch.  

An anonymous donor has come forward to support the growth of summer activities leading up to fall by offering a matching gift to maintain necessary resources and prepare for the surge. This GYO board member has pledged a $10,000 1:1 match for all donations received by April 30 to support the operating areas of greatest need.  

Please join us in celebrating this generous contribution by making a donation to the Gifford Youth Orchestra today. Our program runs for 12 months, and our operating needs are ongoing throughout the year. Your continued support enables us to maintain effective and strong programs.

Moreover, any gift that we receive by 11:59 pm on April 30, 2024, designated to one of GYO’s areas of greatest need, will be matched up to $500. Donations received after the deadline will still go to the areas of greatest need but without the double impact.
