Our Journey!

Over the past 21 years, the Gifford Youth Orchestra has grown from serving 15 youth at the Gifford Community Center to engaging 124 children in weekly music education programs across four locations in Indian River County. Thanks to a dedicated team of nice teaching artists, GYO students have access to transformative music education, and are gaining a solid musical foundation and developing musicianship through ensemble performances. This incredible journey would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our founder, Dr. Crystal Bujol, and the unwavering support of friends, partners, and donors like you!

Your Impact

Your support is essential to our continued success, allowing us to provide high-quality music education to children ages 3 – 18 in our afterschool programs and summer camp. Through GYO, young musicians develop their skills and passion for contributions as an integral member of our community also help us organize nice annual community concerts and over fifteen local performances in Indian River County, making music accessible to everyone.
