In Memory of Bill Murphy

For many years, Bill supported the Gifford Youth Orchestra financially and by attending our performances.  He loved music.  He was a member of the choirs at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo, NY and later at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach.  In addition he sang in the bass section of the Vero Beach Choral Society for nearly twenty years.  Donations in memory of Bill from Lisa Del Brocco are a blessing to the mission of the Gifford Youth Orchestra.

May His Irish Eyes continue to shine in your heart.

Thank You, Lisa.

"Joy Comes in the Morning"

violins and roses for tom hebert

Tom Hebert was a member of our Orchid Island Chorus for seven years until his chronic lung illness made it too difficult to sing. He was a true gentle man and loved music, as you can see from his obituary. His obituary also tells about his community spirit! His family has asked those who wish to donate in his memory to include GYO along with his school.

Other Donations from the Orchid Island Chorus and friends of Mr. Hebert:

Many have sent their condolences to the family and their financial support to the Gifford Youth Orchestra.  We thank Thomas Hebert for thinking about our children during the winter of his life and we bless all of Mr. Hebert's friends who have honored the GYO with their donations.  May the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon you.  And be gracious unto you, and give you peace, and give you peace.
